Outdoor Museum Event, June 14th 2025

The second outdoor museum event went well, with around 15 people stopping by. While the event is still quite small, it is growing and I intend to make it better each time.

Of special note, the event had a special presentation on growing native plants, presented by Angie Hladik. the presentation was a success that evidently was of great interest to many people in attendance. Angie even brought some native plants she grew herself to give away and has kindly allowed me to upload and distribute the slideshow for those that wanted to see the listings for what native Oklahoma plants she recommends for different habitat types.

I definitely enjoyed having a presentation and I think that they will help bring people in and really engage with the museum, so expect more presentations in the future!
